Learning Experience Designer, Advertising Trust Operations

Key Job Responsibilities
This role will lead the transformation of the organization's learning ecosystem through innovative solutions and strategic leadership, focusing on integrating AI and LLM capabilities to enhance content creation and learner experiences. The candidate will develop next-generation learning solutions, predictive quality models, and automated systems to streamline workflows and address learning gaps with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learning experience designers to define learning goals and outcomes.
- Understand learner roles deeply to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Stay updated on developments in learning science, design, and technology.
- Develop scalable quality assessment frameworks, implement metrics to measure training impact, and target improvements such as reducing development cycle time and increasing learner proficiency.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools and agile methodologies to improve instructional design processes.
- Publish and review KPIs regularly, analyzing behaviors and processes affecting data integrity.
- Enhance learning and development via innovative video techniques and impactful modules. Demonstrate a track record of implementing innovative solutions, challenging the status quo, and establishing an AI-first approach to instructional design that balances automation with pedagogical quality.
- Proficiency in ID tools like Vyond, Camtasia, Storyline/Articulate, Adobe is required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience in defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements
- Strong instructional design skills, including adult learning principles, micro-learning, assessment design, adaptive learning, gamification, and social learning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience with results presentation to senior leadership
- 4+ years of process improvement experience
- Stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
- Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling
- AI-specific skills: understanding AI content generation, validating AI content, hybrid human-AI content development, AI bias, and quality control.
