The Learning and Development Manager provides technical leadership supporting the bank's learning management system (LMS) and quality assurance (QA) programs, including supervision of LMS administration and QA coordination. This role is responsible for supporting, designing, developing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions. The Learning and Development Manager works closely with the Learning and Development Director, trainers, and lines of business to develop content and facilitate delivery logistics for various training-related tasks and events and serves as an alternate training instructor in appropriate instances. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supervises the operation, use, and configuration of the bank's LMS and Quality Assurance programs, including writing and maintaining technical procedures and policy documentation.
