Learning Consultant Experienced Agents
The Learning Consultant Focus: Experienced Agents plays a critical role in driving early success and long-term retention for experienced agents affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty. This role blends 1:1 coaching, small group facilitation, and strategic support for local leadership to ensure agents are productive, connected, and aligned to Coldwell Banker's value proposition from day one.
Core Responsibilities
- Experienced Agent Onboarding Support (70%):
- Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for experienced agents during their first 90 days
- Facilitate 1:1, small group, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and system adoption
- Identify key agent needs and coordinate with field leaders to ensure a seamless transition
- Execute against the national onboarding framework while customizing for market and agent nuance
- Contribute to ongoing optimization of the Reimagine 25 onboarding strategy
- Regional President Liaison (20%):
- Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field
- Participate in leadership meetings and support local initiatives by sourcing learning tools and training resources
- Ensure leaders are informed and equipped with the latest learning and development updates
- Cross-Enterprise Collaboration (5%):
- Collaborate with other learning teams, including Sotheby's International Realty support
- Maintain consistency of messaging, programming, and onboarding experience across brands
- Ongoing Experienced Agent Communications (5%):
- Facilitate warm hand-offs to managers once onboarding is complete
- Maintain an open line of communication to field questions and reinforce adoption
- Ensure smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support
