Learning Consultant - Clarity Consultants : Job Details

We are seeking a versatile Learning Consultant to support a variety of learning and development needs for our large pharmaceutical client. This “jack of all trades” role will cover instructional design, eLearning development, LMS administration, QA, technical writing, and SharePoint site management. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and QA training materials, including participant and facilitator guides, eLearning courses, and other deliverables, ensuring branding accuracy and providing feedback.
• Create or update eLearning courses in Rise and occasionally Storyline, refining provided content and filling in gaps as needed.
• Support the implementation of WhatFix by creating process flows, work instructions, and other documentation.
• Provide LMS (Cornerstone) administrative support: load courses, conduct QA and testing, and run reports.
• Manage and enhance a SharePoint site, including cleanup and UI improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of learning materials.

Start Date: Mid-September, with interviews to begin as early as 8/18

Duration: Through Q1 2026 with the possibility to extend

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Consultant's time zone)

Qualifications

• Strong background in instructional design, with experience in multiple delivery modalities (ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended).
• Technical writing experience, especially for process documentation.
• LMS administration experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
• Experience with WhatFix or WalkMe is preferred.
• SharePoint development and administration skills.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry background preferred but not required.
• Quick learner who can work independently with minimal oversight.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
• A background check is required for the selected consultant.

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
