Position Overview

Better Me is hiring a full-time Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and eager to grow in the education field.

Responsibilities

  • Support center setup and opening
  • Assist with daily operations and staff coordination
  • Communicate regularly with parents and students
  • Participate in local marketing and outreach events
  • Assist with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling
  • Requirements

  • Strong math and English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly responsible and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Able to work 5 days/week, including weekends
  • Compensation

    • Pay Rate: $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience
