Job Description Health Advocates Network is seeking a Learning Behavior Specialist 1 to work at a Facility in North Aurora, IL. This is a registry position with our company. Pay Rate: $54 / hour *W2 Shift:

• Class: SPED LBS1 Shift: 1 Start: 07: 30: 00 End: 15: 00: 00

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Provide direct instruction in a variety of subjects, tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each student
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Learning Behavior Specialist 1
• Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field
• Valid teaching certificate in special education
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have up to date certification in the state of IL
