A fully established global institution with a strong international presence is seeking a bilingual Learning and Development Associate to join their HR team in their Miami, FL office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement, learning & development, organizational culture, and has Business Analytics (knowledge or experience)
We are looking for candidates with experience performing at these duties:
- Design and manage learning programs to support professional growth.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and drive performance initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement efforts through events, wellness programs, and recognition strategies.
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations using business analytics.
- Monitor employee performance metrics, forecast turnover risks, evaluate training impact, and enhance recruitment strategies through data-driven insights.
- Support talent management cycles including feedback, goal setting, and career development.
- Drive inclusion and cultural initiatives that align with company values.
- Act as a resource for employee experience feedback and continuous improvement.
Requirements and desired skills:
- 3+ years in HR, Talent Development, or Employee Engagement.
- Strong project management from inception to implementation
- Hands-on experience with HR tools (HRIS, LMS, engagement platforms).
- Experience or knowledge on Business analytics
- Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
