Job DescriptionThe High-Reliability Coach will lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The role requires strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership abilities to guide team members in developing and executing actionable plans for process improvement and optimization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience leading kaizen events. Estimated salary range for this position is $79,773.54 - $103,705.60 per year, depending on experience.
