We are seeking a Leading Bridge Engineer to join our North American team. You will work on exciting infrastructure projects across North America, providing technical expertise, design leadership, project management, and specialized engineering skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading project teams in structural analysis, design, evaluation, and preparing calculations and drawings; supervising and reviewing work of other structural engineers.
  • Preparing engineering reports, technical specifications, work plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Researching and reviewing design options for technical and financial impacts.
  • Liaising with professionals, clients, and third parties as needed.
  • Assisting with proposal preparation, participating in business development, and performing other duties.

Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, respectful communication, and a willingness to explore new insights and improvements.

Qualifications include:
  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Bridge Design and Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong expertise in designing and constructing complex bridges (cable-stayed, cable-supported) using modern codes.
  • Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer in New York or ability to obtain registration.
  • Experience with 3D structural modeling software such as CSI Bridge, Sofistik, and ADINA.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and prepare observation reports.
  • Experience in proposal writing and business development is a plus.
  • Experience with New York agencies is an asset.
