Lead Worker/Custodian - Goodwill : Job Details

As the Lead Worker/ Custodian you will display your outstanding customer service skills by satisfy any customer complaints. Complete thorough inspections of all assigned areas. Show your problem-solving ability through leading staff while completing required custodial duties. Duties include but are not limited to: Complete Quality Control Inspections on site to ensure the work meets the specifications of the contract. Maintain daily floor care which includes dust mop, sweep, wet mop and spot removal. Complete high speed buffing weekly. Complete stripping and waxing floors as specified in the contract. Demonstrates cooperation; effectively forges working relationships with all levels of staff. Must act in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.
