Lead Warehouse Worker-PHC - Bridgeton, MO - Penske Logistics : Job Details

Penske Logistics is looking for Product Handling Champion (PHC). This role is critical to achieving balance between cost, quality, safety and schedule goals throughout the warehouse. This role specifically supports: product handling practices, weekly quality meetings, response to Condition on Arrival (COA) reports, problem solving, training, coaching and mentoring operators. Major Responsibilities: Job requirements may include the following where applicable: - Training new hires and refresher training with all associates - Performing visual observations of material handling activities on a daily, multi-shift basis. Submit observations to management. - Evaluate Loading & Unloading techniques with written documentation and digital photographs.
