Leading/creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Minimum Qualifications Needed: An associated degree in early childhood education. OR A CDA and currently enrolled in an early childhood education Associates program.
