Lead Systems Engineer with Security Clearance - Mission Services LLC (MSI) : Job Details

We are seeking a Sr. IT consultant to provide overarching consultation and serve as the technical lead for all requirements under this Task Order. Responsibilities: • Serve as the lead technical Contractor representative and counterpart to the government.• Support the PM in delivering enterprise IT services to include Cyber security, NetOps, End User Support, Infrastructure Support and Applications Maintenance• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives while bridging the gap between strategy, O&M, and project implementation.• Collaborate on cultural change management and facilitate forward-leaning experience design, applying best practices (e.g., Design Thinking) and leveraging ongoing research and analytics together with user feedback to introduce new capabilities.• Work with the PM to deliver management plans including a Program Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule, reports, technical issues, resolutions, and mitigation strategies.• Develop and maintain a Data Loss Prevention Plan to minimize and protect data. This plan shall be developed utilizing current industry standards and best practices. Key Areas:1. Microsoft 3652. Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID3. Microsoft End Point Management4. VMWare Virtualization5. Microsoft SCCM6. Strong Scripting knowledge Qualifications: 1. BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience. 2. Comptia Security+ OR CISSP OR CISM certification3. 10+ years of federal contracting experience4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders. 6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret
