Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for a Lead Solutions Consultant who will partner with our sales organization to help drive revenue for Sprinklr.
Solution Consultants at Sprinklr possess the technical knowledge and business consulting skills to understand a customer's current and future states and their goals, to best position Sprinklr's platform. They communicate confidently and credibly, leveraging their product and industry knowledge to provide insights and build rapport as trusted advisors.
What You'll Do
- Develop and present customized solutions leveraging Sprinklr's AI-powered platform to address complex business challenges across service, social, marketing, and research.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into clients' existing infrastructures.
- Design and showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI, robotic, and AI-powered technologies for social, marketing, and contact centers.
- Design scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient architectures leveraging Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform.
- Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, multi-cloud deployments, API integrations, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Create technical and system architectures for current environments, future landscapes, and solution comparisons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in solutions.
- Lead presales activities, including building and delivering presentations, solution recommendations, technical workshops, RFP assistance, and Proofs of Concept (POC).
- Work with the Sprinklr ecosystem to configure demonstrations and validate customer requirements.
- Apply design thinking and human-centric design principles focused on experience-oriented solutions for enterprise customers.
- Be local to where our customers are and be willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in Enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center and UC environments.
- 5+ years in software architecture and design within CCaaS systems.
- Experience implementing AI solutions for marketing technology and social media management.
- Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9) and cloud-based martech solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and ML frameworks, with hands-on experience in AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with executives, IT, and business leads, translating complex AI functions into business value.
- Thought leadership activities such as publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, or blogging.
- Ability to deeply discover customer architecture frameworks and connect them with Sprinklr Data Architecture.
- Expertise in multi-cloud architectures, data sharing, streaming, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud contact center technologies including IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), UC, and Analytics.

Compensation Range
$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Total rewards include bonuses, equity, and benefits such as 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.
