RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to support manufacturing operation
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate various systems and applications.
  • Utilize JavaScript and SQL to build and optimize web applications and databases.
  • Develop and customize ERP systems to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting edge
  • Comply with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Standards
  • Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on manufacturing. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and ERP development. • Extensive experience with API design and development. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plus.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
