We sell solutions-based products and services by building authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. This role is responsible for overall store operations, creating a great customer experience within our retail stores, and developing and coaching our expert technicians.
Back of house :Fix devices as needed (phones, tablets, and laptops)
Diagnose tech issues and conduct tests for quality device repairFront of house :Provide excellent customer service
Ensure team members use product knowledge and sales tactics that meet our 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' method with every customer interactionProvide tailored tech repair and subscription coverage solutions to customers based on needs and opportunitySupervise, train and coach tech expertsStand in as store manager when neededMaintain service-level agreements (SLAs) on turnaround time (TAT) for repairsEnsure all work orders (WOs) are addressed by end of day (EOD)Oversee all buybacks and return material authorizations (RMAs)Manage back of house (BOH) and ensure new processes and procedures are followedOrder and manage inventoryEnsure PPE supplies are ordered and utilized, and safety standards are metHere's what you'll bring to the team :
1+ years of customer service / retail sales experience6+ months of experience with product service support and technology repair1+ years of retail supervisory experience or equivalent (preferred)High school diploma or GED (preferred)Inventory supervisory experience; inventory counts, live inventory management or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on ExcelEffective verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service skillsMotivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goalsTechnical, problem-solving, and organizational talentsAbility to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidaysReliability and flexibility in difficult situationsThe ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environmentGet to know us :
