This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing strategies to optimize repair processes, and ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).GE Aerospace's Defense & Systems (D&S) business provides the capabilities required to meet today's dynamic threat environment. - Lead repair and aftermarket program initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and customer support, to deliver on program objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve repair turnaround times and cost efficiency.
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repair services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics, Engineering, Project Management or related field from an accredited university from accredited college/university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Engineering Program/Project Management role

- This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens. GE will require proof of status.

The base pay range for this position is $110,200.00 - 146,800.00 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
