Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist - Battery - Honeywell International : Job Details

As a Lead R&D Engineer/ Scientist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and leading research and development initiatives within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for developing and executing the R&D vision and strategy aligned with Honeywell's business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of R&D processes, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and scientists. You will report directly to our R&D Director and you'll work out of our Buffalo, NY location on a hybrid work schedule.
