  • Coordinate proposal development process from initial request.
  • Create and maintain proposal schedules, outlines and compliance.
  • Ensure all proposal documents meet internal quality standards.
  • Track proposal progress and maintain detailed records of submission .
  • Manage Proposal templates, content libraries and proposal archives.
  • Support continuous improvement of proposal process and tools.
  • Edit and format proposal documents for clarity, grammar and consistency to prospective clients.

  • Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility. This job operates in a clerical office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however; some filing is required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Saturdays rotate and the hours are 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Evening and other weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel No regular travel is expected for this position; however; there may be a need to visit a job site from time to time to assist with training. Required Education and Experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Administration and writing experience,
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Related work experience with proposal documentation.
