• $130,000 - $160,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits!

This established, high-value GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors, are seeking their Lead Project Manager with proven knowledge of Ground-Up Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile Ground-Up projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Providing expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
• Developing and implementing project strategies to achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints

Experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in project management
• Proven expertise in Ground-Up construction
• Multifamily or Mixed-Use experience is desirable but is not required
