Lead, Project Engineering - Test Director - L3Harris Technologies : Job Details

Lead verification and validation activities for avionics and mission systems on military and commercial airborne platforms. Lead the development of Test Documentation (Plan, Procedures, and Reports) required to support the verification and validation activities, ensuring system performance and capabilities meet system requirements. Work with the Systems Engineering team to ensure that all requirements allocated to Test or Demonstration verification methods are traced to specific steps within the test documentation. Support the definition of requirement traceability methods. Author Test related CDRLS to be delivered to the customer in the technical data package. Prepare and deliver effective presentations to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals. Ability to travel OCONUS up to 10% Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
