Overview

Toll International is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our Team. This role supports critical project delivery improvement initiatives, focusing on scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting for ongoing and new projects. We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex project control systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, accounting, economics, business administration, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with a technical degree.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in project controls.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Oracle Primavera (P6).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to become competent with Port Authority NY and NJ software and reporting systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of capital planning, cost-benefit analysis, planning and evaluation, and risk management protocols.
• Ability to work effectively within teams and independently complete assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Expertise in project scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera (P6) for schedule management.
• Effective communication skills at both interpersonal and group levels.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
• Competence in preparing project control reports and presentations.
• Ability to train and support new staff.
• Familiarity with integrated program/project control and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls, including scheduling, cost control, and other project management/control services.
• Support project delivery improvement initiatives and provide project control support to line departments.
• Analyze data from integrated program/project control and reporting systems.
• Recommend and implement modifications to existing procedures and reporting systems to oversee budgets and schedules.
• Prepare project control reports and presentations.
• Updating schedules in Oracle's Primavera Ver 21 and above project scheduling software (Primavera System) monthly.
• Developing monthly status reports for project managers – including forecast variance, project milestones, Look-Ahead (advertisements, Bids, Board date, Awards), charge codes and settlements.
• Provide training support for new staff.

Clearance Requirement:

Candidate must obtain a SWAC ID with security clearance upon hiring
