Lead Production Associate - Nordson Corporation : Job Details

Under general supervision, this position assists the Production Supervisor in the administration and coordination of effective, efficient, and high-quality production related activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Demonstrate and promote the Nordson safety culture of Journey to Zero and that all accidents arepreventable. - Assist assigned Shift Supervisor in determining daily production needs and assign to Production Associatesaccordingly. - Determine proper priorities and coordinate movement of component parts appropriately. - Set up assembly jobs and perform line clearances. - Lead Production Associates on team in working safely and efficiently to meet all production workrequirements assigned by following operating procedures and work instructions. - Train, instruct, and supervise employees using established production methods to produce a quality productin a safe and timely manner to meet production demands - Serve as backup to Group Leader, as needed. - Track and commu...Production Associate, Production, Associate, Group Leader, Manufacturing, Lead
