Job Description
Leads and oversees implementation and support of application systems. Researches, studies, and analyzes system-related issues and provides appropriate resolutions. Ensures the integrity, maintenance, and operation of data systems and their impact on data integrity for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates, optimizes, and maintains complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Manages, designs, and develops highly configurable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Reviews database objects for data integrity, quality, security, recoverability, scalability, maintenance, and capacity; recommends necessary changes.
- Oversees database design documentation at architectural and functional levels.
- Recommends new strategies and architectures to enhance data system efficiency.
- Plans, manages, and tracks database and system changes.
- Maintains policies and procedures related to security and privacy protection of client and company information.
- Responds to change requests based on original specifications.
- Utilizes knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles, achieving goals in innovative ways. Addresses problems of moderate to substantial scope and complexity.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership required.
Highly Preferred:
- Epic Cadence Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with Epic Prelude or Grand Central
- Experience with Epic Go-Lives
- Mentoring junior team members
- Ability to present to senior leadership and teams
