Your Role as a Leader in Physical Therapy

Your impactful journey includes:

• Assisting in daily team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with physical therapy staff and other departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding their holistic needs to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient achievements along the way.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical experience.
• Preference for active participation on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.
