Your Role as a Leader in Physical Therapy

In this role, your journey will include:

• Supporting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communications.
• Providing direct patient care and building meaningful relationships to meet each patient's physical and emotional needs.
• Celebrating each patient's progress as part of their healing journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this rewarding position, you should possess:

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations (Physical Therapist).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years in a clinical setting.
• Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder or possession of specialty certifications preferred.
