Lead Person- 2nd Shift - Post Holdings : Job Details

This position is to direct job assignments and support to the line workers and operation in the department. Train in all new line workers and operators. This position is responsible for assisting the shift supervisor in the managing of the Department. Support supervisor with administrative duties. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and departments are ready for timely startups. Comply with and reinforce safety and food safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a safe work environment and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Maintain sanitation standards and adhere to safety policies. Assign work tasks and maintain control records. Monitor production lines for quality and report discrepancies. Follow USDA regulations and understand equipment, chemicals, and first aid procedures. Oversee the master sanitation schedule and monitor processing equipment. Report maintenance issues and encourage productivity and quality improvements.
