Job SummaryOversees day to day operation of an outpatient clinic or practice. May assist by assigning and prioritizing workflow, troubleshooting issues, training and orientation, providing back up support for a Supervisor or Manager. Provides guidance and help to others to resolve complex issues and problems.
Essential Functions:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. College Education preferred.
Experience: Office experience 5-7 years required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of all Office Suite. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong and proven leadership skills. Ability to work with staff of all levels. Excellent time management skills. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
