Lead Paralegal - Clarivate, plc : Job Details

Clarivate is seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Paralegal to join our global Legal team! Working on a variety of corporate legal matters, you will focus on Board matters, public company reporting, corporate governance and subsidiary management. Reporting to a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, you will partner closely with our General Counsel, corporate secretarial team and equity compensation team to provide support across the legal team. Members of Clarivates Legal team must be resourceful, creative, and eager to take ownership of complex matters. About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelors Degree 7 years of legal experience working in-house within a publicly traded corporation AND/ OR a mixture of corporate paralegal experience with a large law firm (partnering with public companies)Advanced MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
