The Lead office Nurse LPN is responsible as the office point of contact for nursing and clinical activities. Assists Medical Group office management by leading daily clinical operations and delivery of quality care in accordance with established procedures, standards and regulatory requirements. Maintains a professional, safe and therapeutic environment for rendering care. Delivers direct patient care while providing guidance to clinical staff. Core Job Responsibilities Assists office management by coordinating the daily work of clinical employees in a primary care office. Relays work instructions, distributes assignments and monitors work for quality and completeness. Promotes effective teamwork throughout the department and assists staff through upcoming and ongoing changes.
