Job Description: As a Lead MuleSoft Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing the new System and its MuleSoft interfaces, while participating in the SDLC processes for the client's next-generation system. You will collaborate closely with System Integrators, business analysts, and developers to deliver integration solutions that connect Salesforce and other legacy systems, contributing to improved data sharing and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop API solutions using MuleSoft
  • Create, manage, and support MuleSoft interfaces, including integrations with Salesforce
  • Provide analysis and implementation support for SOA-based application integrations
  • Support MuleSoft processes and jobs in the production environment
  • Drive work from requirements through implementation and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify deliverables and environment configurations
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC and maintain related technical documentation
  • Assist with QA planning for data exchange and system integration
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from System Integrators to internal teams
  • Define development standards and reusable design patterns for SOA services
  • Lead technical design discussions and support resource planning
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
  • At least 5 years of experience with MuleSoft, including deployment best practices
  • Strong understanding of SOA and integration frameworks
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using MuleSoft
  • Hands-on experience with version control and CI/CD tools like Microsoft DevOps
  • Proficient in XSLT and programming languages including C#, JavaScript, Java, XML, JSON, jQuery, and .NET
  • Solid understanding of web services (REST, SOAP, WCF) and service design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise database development using SQL Server and DB2
  • Ability to deliver business and technical value through effective collaboration
  • Experience establishing architectural standards and reusable software components
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus
  • Familiarity with creating database objects such as stored procedures, views, and functions in SQL Server
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
