Lead Mechanical Engineer - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

Lead new product development project execution related to the tank and seal design of Compact/ GIS Switchgear for the Medium Voltage Assemblies team. Act as the technical expert for complex technology and product realization programs/projects involving multiple components utilizing internal project execution processes and leading Design Reviews and Technical Reviews. Lead the development of and owns strategies for technology roadmaps and product architectures for broad applications that are linked to and supportive of business strategies. Lead ideation events related to managing tank isolation and pressurization. Strategically identify external partnerships, outside technologies and best practices for multiple applications that has cross alignments to multiple technology platforms and business strategies. Set IP strategy with business unit stakeholders and actively contributes to IP generation.
