What You Will Do...As a Lead Instructor, you will be a passionate and outgoingindividual who will positively impact the community by creating a welcomingenvironment for our students and families. Candidates will be trained to provideeffective and concise math instruction. You will motivate and inspire students to learn bycreating an engaging, positive and productive learning environment while establishing ahigh level of confidence and program value. • Teach/tutor in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate mathproficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.Schedule:

• 4 shifts a week
• Weekdays: Monday-Thursday, 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM
• Weekends: Sunday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary Description $17.00 - $20.00 / hour
