Lead Maintenance TechnicianRapidly Growing Renewable Energy CompanySeattle Area/Relocation Assistance Available$32-$45 per hour, with potential flexibility based on experienceTerrific Lead Maintenance Technician position with a rapidly growing renewable energy company. The Lead Technician will perform preventative and predictive facility and equipment maintenance for the manufacturing facility. The role will also manage a team of technicians.Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and expertise to a team of 7 technicians
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Audit completed PMs and work orders
• Repair and replace equipment components
• Ensure that the CMMS is being properly used

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of PCs and PLCs and electric circuitry
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder/function block logic
