Lead Maintenance Specialist - GE Vernova : Job Details

Analyze Machine Tools failures for indications of assignable causes, identify and recommend corrective actions, and work with group to implement. Become the technical expert on industrial equipment maintenance and operation for CNC machine tools, robotics, and hydraulic systems for multiple source vendors, controls and processes. Identify and diagnose problems related to the proper operation of equipment mechanically, hydraulically and electrically. Work closely with the Operations Manager in assigned area, providing him with weekly metrics on performance, schedules on critical repairs, as well as daily updates on critical equipment. Perform as the lead point of contact with Equipment OEM and parts vendors. Recommend major rebuilds, and redesigns to Manufacturing Engineering, and perform minor redesigns for the elimination of future breakdowns.
