Lead Labor & Employment Counsel-Philadelphia area - The PeterSan Group and PeterSan Legal Staffing : Job Details

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to serve as their internal subject matter expert, managing all L&E issues globally. This role will interact with business leaders and CHRO on a variety of L&E matters and will partner with other members of the legal team. This is a hybrid role.

Applicants MUST have the following qualifications in order to be considered:

-Five to fifteen years of strong labor & employment law experience, with at least four years training with a major law firm

-Proven ability to partner with global business leaders

-A strong academic record from top schools
