Title: Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH | Columbus, OH | Buffalo, NY | Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 – 12 months contract to hire

Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the squad, set the technical direction, and ensure smooth development.
• Design and develop enhancements using React and Node.js and Java on the backend.
• Work with APIs, databases (SQL / Oracle), and integrate with Siebel services.
• Troubleshoot and manage production support issues, ensuring security and compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to consolidate functionalities.
• Guide best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and code management.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong backend skills in either Node.js or Java.
  • Proficiency in React for frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and driving technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and working with SQL or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code management.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and challenge vendors when needed.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Oracle databases and Siebel APIs.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, as the application will eventually move there.
