Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 / year DOE Lead IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure for client environments
• Configure and manage secure cloud systems using Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell for system administration tasks
• Support Windows Server, SQL databases, VMware/Hyper-V, and cloud infrastructure
• Administer external spam filtering solutions such as Barracuda or Proofpoint
• Diagnose and resolve high-level technical escalations across systems and networks
• Design network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/VLANs, VPN, and wireless solutions
• Collaborate with clients to align IT solutions with business objectives
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to shared knowledge base

Lead IT Support Engineer Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT systems administration and engineering experience
• Microsoft Certified (AZ-104 or higher strongly preferred)
• Proven success migrating on-premise infrastructure to Azure cloud
• Strong command of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and related technologies
• Deep knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
• Expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols
• Experience with SQL database management and optimization
