You'll help keep us compliant, efficient, and looking sharp while leading with positivity and purpose.This isn't your average backroom job-this is a leadership opportunity where cannabis, compliance, and customer experience collide.What You'll Be DoingTraining new inventory teammates like a proCoordinating breaks and daily coverage like a scheduling wizardKeeping the backroom and floor stocked, organized, and compliantSupporting shift leads and stepping up when neededRunning audits and managing inventory reports (you love a good spreadsheet!)Leading creative and compliant merchandising effortsKeeping communication flowing between your team, management, and corporateSetting the tone by being detail-obsessed, reliable, and all-around awesomeWhat You Bring to the TableDutchie & METRC experience is a must (you already know your way around)Cannabis industry or high-volume retail experience preferredNatural leader with great energy and a strong work ethicSuper organized and proactive-nothing slips through the cracks on your watchTech-savvy with inventory systems and Microsoft OfficeClear communicator with a positive, solution-first attitudeComfortable doing a little math, solving problems, and lifting up to 40 lbsYour BackgroundAssociate's Degree or equivalent experience? Great!At least 1 year of inventory leadership experience? Even better!Know cannabis compliance and love retail flow?
