Position: We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer due to growth on our team! You will be tasked with the installation of HVAC systems in residential retrofit/changeout settings as well as new construction.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, overtime as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of retrofit residential HVAC installation experience
• Lead install experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• NATE Certifications or ability to obtain once employed.
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance.
• High school diploma or GED.
