I'm partnering closely with the incredible engineering team at OpsLab to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer—someone who's excited to help shape the future of flight operations for the U.S. Air Force. ️

This role goes beyond shipping features. It's about building thoughtfully and collaboratively in a space where high stakes, real-world outcomes, and AI innovation intersect.

️ What makes this opportunity special?

• You'll help drive the development of a mission-critical UI in close collaboration with backend and research engineers.
• Your end users? Active-duty pilots. The software you build helps eliminate red tape so they can focus on what they do best: flying.
• It's a hybrid role (3 days/week in our downtown Austin HQ), working shoulder-to-shoulder with a deeply technical, low-ego, and collaborative team.
• You'll work with modern tools and contribute to shaping OpsLab's approach to integrating AI capabilities.

Due to our work with the Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience with React + TypeScript
• A mindset for feature ownership, clean architecture, and secure systems
• Curiosity about AI tooling—and how to leverage it to move faster and smarter
• The humility and professionalism to collaborate well under pressure and with diverse perspectives
