Role and Responsibilities
  • Installation and wiring of fire alarm systems.
  • Installation of access control equipment.
  • Reading plans and drawings.
  • Support other technicians with system point checks.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of installations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction for continual company growth.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
    • Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience installing, testing, inspecting, and minor repairs on fire alarm systems, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work with basic hand tools, follow directions, and read/write.
  • Knowledge of NEC & NFPA codes and regulations.
  • Clear communication skills and punctuality.
  • Adherence to safe work practices.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience

    5+ years of experience in fire alarm installation.

    Physical Demands

    Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, climbing, constant standing, walking, reaching, gripping, and vision requirements. Must be able to talk and hear.
