Key Responsibilities

• Participate in bid meetings to devise and execute strategic bidding plans.
• Conduct comprehensive and timely cost analyses to ensure precision in pricing.
• Evaluate project proposals to prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates.
• Collect, update, and analyze historical cost data to inform future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or a related field.
• Required: Experience in COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION.
• 10+ years of estimating experience or relevant engineering experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
