Description:Systems Engineer supports a large-scale Distributed Infrastructure, providing technical leadership in problem solving, maintenance, and project build situations, formulating solutions for improvement, and working with peers to establish a strategic direction for the environment. This position will install, maintain, and configure systems infrastructure on both on-premise and Cloud platforms. Estimated salary range for this position is $107,208.79 - $139,371.43 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:

Degrees:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Qualifications:

• Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or comparable industry experience.
• Hands-on, proven expertise with developing tech solutions involving multiple apps to solve business/production needs.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, particularly in working within teams/stakeholders.
• Expertise in Linux, MacOS, &/or Windows system administration.
• Experience managing cloud-based solutions using VMware, AWS, GCP, &/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with LDAP, DNS, SSO, MDM, SMTP, system performance-monitoring tools, virtualization, HTTP, email routing & administration, interacting with REST APIs for app integration & automation, & familiarity with authentication standards.
• Strong ability to query & visualize data using tools like Grafana, Kibana, &/or ElasticSearch.
• Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks, troubleshooting & related technologies.
• Strong skills in AWS, Chef, Docker, Terraform, F5, Couchbase, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Angular.
• Required knowledge & understanding of technical architecture, application system design & integration in a large enterprise environment.
