As a lead engineer, you serve as the technical anchor for the mobile engineering team that supports Target's product. Core responsibilities include applying current and emerging technologies, evaluating new tech, leading testing and debugging strategies, and promoting best practices for stability, performance, and security.

The role involves supporting a large mobile device infrastructure across Target stores and distribution centers, managing mobile device configurations, leading hardware/software upgrades, and collaborating with various teams and vendors.

**About You:** You should have a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, with at least four years in enterprise-level troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of mobile devices, MDM, OS, network security, and mobile development tools. Experience with agile methodologies and cloud environments is preferred.
