Lead Engineer, M&S Systems Performance - Faith Technologies : Job Details

Develop physics-based modeling and simulation environment for a variety of electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems for distributed energy resources and power distribution. Conduct product architecture trade studies and optimization to ensure maximized performance and minimal costs. Integrate cost, weight, and specification data of components, systems, and renewable energy fuels into simulation models for technoeconomic analysis of architecture options. Collaborate with subject matter experts to characterize components and systems in a simulation environment and communicate analysis results. Collaborate with product strategy and systems engineers to develop models and simulation according to requirements. Develop proof-of-concept controls algorithms to support architecture trade studies and provide functional recommendations to software development teams.
