What You'll Do:

• Lead the Manhattan office, setting project direction, mentoring staff, and representing the firm in client and agency meetings.
• Oversee civil engineering design across grading, utilities, drainage, stormwater, and site development.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control from concept through construction administration.
• Spearhead business development efforts—cultivating new and existing client relationships to expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions across public and private sectors.

What You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of civil engineering experience with proven project management and client-facing leadership.
• BS/MS in Civil, Environmental, or Landscape Engineering.
• NYS PE required; deep knowledge of NYC permitting and agency coordination.
• Expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and HydroCAD.
