Job Description Lead Electrical Engineer Full Time/ Direct Hire On-Site : Hendersonville, TN $95k-$110k+ Annually DOE (salary increased by 10-20% after probation period of 3-6 mths) **RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED You will:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for amusement rides and adventure parks.
  • Ensure safety standards are met while optimizing performance and cost.
  • Design and create schematics and drawings for new circuits and motor control strategies.
  • Implement DFM and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Create technical documentation and translate complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure safety standards (SIL) are met while balancing battery life, uptime, and manufacturing costs.
  • Write and implement quality control standards for parts and assemblies.
  • Perform technical writing tasks including schematic design, operational flowcharting, test plans, verification reports, and user documentation.
  • Proficiently use Solidworks Electrical or similar design software.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5+ years of experience (or 10+ years in a related role).
  • Expertise in motor controls and/or battery-supplied drive systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of GD&T and design for manufacturability.
  • Experience with ISO or ASTM quality control procedures, risk analysis, and product design optimization.
  • Expertise in motor controls and/or battery-powered systems.
  • Experience with ISO/ASTM quality control and design optimization.
  • Strong technical writing and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks Electrical (or similar) and project management software.
Bonus points for (not required):
  • Hands-on engineering development and testing experience.
  • Familiarity with CNC controls, ASTM F24, and CE standards.
  • Engineering management and/or sales support experience.
  • Experience in an engineering sales role or supporting sales and marketing departments.
  • Understanding of economic principles, market analysis, and cost forecasting.
  • Advanced fabrication skills, including welding and machining.
