We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Director of Sales & Account Management to oversee a high-performing team of Account Executives and People Leaders. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, delivering financial outcomes, and ensuring exceptional client service across our self-funded and insured medical & pharmacy portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep leadership experience, a strong sales background, and trusted relationships with consultants and customers. Key Responsibilities. Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on strategic client engagement and financial performance.
