We offer restaurant-style dining with award-winning cuisine.The Lead Dining Room Server is responsible for the overall assurance of an excellent dining experience for our residents. Responsible for not only promptly and graciously serving our residents, but to train and inspire the dining team to do the same.Responsibilities

• Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community
• Serve as team leader and supervisor for dining service staff, offering guidance and support
• 5-star table service
• Light bartending required
• Delivering room service as necessary
• Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
• Side work/cleaning as assigned
• Empathize and understand our residents have specific needs

Additional Job Information

• Full-Time schedule- morning & weekend availability preferred
